In accordance with the relevant work arrangements of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, and in order to further advance legal education among youth and cultivate students' constitutional awareness and legal literacy, our university will organize students to participate in the Guangdong Province Student "Learn the Constitution, Speak the Constitution" Legal Literacy Competition. The relevant matters concerning the competition are hereby notified as follows:
I. Eligible Participants and Categories
This competition is open to all full-time students enrolled in schools and educational institutions at all levels throughout the province (excluding graduate students). Participants are divided into five categories according to their educational level: Primary School Category, Junior Secondary School Category, Senior Secondary School (including Vocational Secondary School) Category, University — Major-Specific Category, and University — Non-Major Category. The educational level for determining a participant's category shall be based on the level at which the student is enrolled as of September 2026.
II. Competition Content and Format
1.Competition Format: This is an individual competition. All rounds shall be completed independently by each participant.
2.Competition Content: The competition comprises two core segments: Theme Exposition and Impromptu Application.
3.Competition Regulations: Participants must complete the entire competition standing and from memory (without notes). All responses must be given independently. The use of PowerPoint presentations, background music, virtual backgrounds, videos, or any other multimedia materials is strictly prohibited. Participants are not permitted to bring or use any auxiliary props or equipment. The competition must be conducted entirely in standard Mandarin Chinese.
III. Registration and Submission Requirements
1.Quota: Our university may select and recommend one participant for the University — Non-Major Category to compete in the event.
2.Submission Rules: Individual registration and direct submission of materials are not accepted. All participants must be nominated through the university's internal selection process and submitted collectively by the university.
