To assist Students aspiring to pursue further studies overseas in fully understanding authoritative study-abroad information and scholarship policies, the relevant content from the China Scholarship Council's "Notification on Organizing the 17th International Graduate Scholarship Fair" is relayed as follows. Students interested in participating are encouraged to pay close attention and complete their registration on time.
I. Event Overview
The International Graduate Scholarship Fair (IGSF) is an authoritative study-abroad exchange platform organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). It aims to provide Chinese students with opportunities for face-to-face communication with representatives from overseas institutions and to obtain consultations on university applications and scholarship policies. To date, 32 renowned universities and institutions from 10 countries have registered to participate.
II. Shenzhen Session Arrangements
Date: October 25, 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 10:00 AM -- 3:00 PM
Venue: Activity Center, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen)
Content: Briefings on Chinese government-sponsored study abroad policies, special lectures by overseas universities, one-on-one interviews, open consultations, etc.
III. How to Participate
Student Registration: Please log in to the official website https://igsf.csc.edu.cn/ (click on "Chinese Students") by October 10 to complete your registration and fill in your information.
Interview Appointment: The system for "One-on-One Interview" appointments opened on September 10 and will close on October 10. Students interested in participating are advised to complete their appointments as early as possible.
On-site Participation: Students must check in independently on the event day using the QR code generated after registration. Those without prior registration will not be granted entry.
