[SDO] Important Supplement Guide: 2026 Top 10 Graduates (TPG) Voting Guide – Student & Faculty PDF Attached
Dear Faculty and Students,
To fully showcase the outstanding qualities of our Students and to recognize and celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Graduating Postgraduate Students, the Faculty-Students Voting Session for the 2026 "Top Ten Graduates" (Postgraduate) Selection is now officially open.
This vote is open to all Faculty and Students of the university.
Those who wish to participate in the voting are requested to log in to the university's "Student Life System" via a computer and follow the instructions below:
2. Voting Rules
Each faculty member or student is entitled to 10 votes and must cast them for 10 different candidates. Submissions with more or fewer selections will not be accepted.
Voting period: From 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13, to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20. The voting system will automatically close after the deadline. Failure to vote within the specified period will be deemed as abstention.
3. Selection Description
The final selection of the "Top Ten Graduates" will be based on a combination of the faculty-student voting results and the evaluation results of the "University Top Ten Graduates Selection Panel." The proportion of votes each candidate receives relative to the total number of voters will be integrated with the panel’s comprehensive evaluation.
The top ten candidates will be included in the public list for the "University Top Ten Graduates" honor, while the remaining candidates will receive the "University Top Ten Graduates Nomination Award".

In addition, display boards showcasing the outstanding achievements of the "Top Ten Graduates" (TPG) candidates are now on exhibit at the entrance of Academic Building 5. All Faculty and Students are warmly welcome to visit and learn more about these exceptional individuals.

On the "Vote and Rate" page, you can click the "View Application Materials" button next to each candidate to review their detailed personal information, including their experiences and achievements. Participants do not need to visit the Academic Building 5 exhibition area for photo records – all candidate information can be viewed clearly and directly within the voting system.
