In order to welcome the 11th National Security Education Day and further implement the Holistic National Security Outlook, we are organizing our students to participate in the "3rd National University Student Short Video Competition: 'National Security in My Eyes' (2026)" initiated by Beijing Normal University. This initiative aims to enhance the national security awareness of our students. The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Theme of the Event
Coordinating Development and Security to Escort the New Journey of the "15th Five-Year Plan"
II. Participants
Undergraduate
students (including junior college, bachelor's, and postgraduate
students) from all institutions of higher education (including Hong
Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions).
Note: Participants may register individually or in teams. The team size must not exceed 5 members, and each team is limited to 1 advisor.
III. Submission Requirements
Content Requirements: The video must be 3–5 minutes in length, compliant with laws and regulations, and feature healthy, positive content. Submissions may narrate personal stories related to national security or present reflections on key fields within the holistic national security concept. Diverse formats are encouraged, including narration, situational drama, micro-movies, and animation.
Technical Requirements: Horizontal filming is recommended. The video quality should be clear (recommended 1080p, 30fps, 2K or lower) with embedded subtitles. The video must be free of background noise, and the file size should generally be compressed to under 200MB.
Originality Requirements: Submissions must be original works. Plagiarism or infringement of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. The use of content generated by any AI (Artificial Intelligence) software, tools, or platforms as the primary part of the work is forbidden. Violators will be disqualified immediately.

V. Awards
The
competition will award First, Second, and Third Prizes, Excellence
Awards, Outstanding Advisor Awards, and Outstanding Organization Unit
Awards. Winning works will be granted certificates and prize money.
Winners will be invited to attend the awards ceremony to be held at
Beijing Normal University in late August 2026.
