In accordance with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the 12th Provincial AIDS Peer Education "Charismatic Lecturer" Competition will be held from September to November 2026. To cultivate youth leaders in AIDS prevention and enhance students' sexual health literacy, we are now inviting eligible students to register. Details are as follows:

Ⅰ. Eligibilit

Open to all currently enrolled university students.

Maximum of 1–3 participants per applicant.

Note: Past winners of the Third Prize or higher are not eligible to compete.

Ⅱ. Lecture Topics：Focus on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and AIDS prevention. Related themes such as sexual assault prevention, drug abuse prevention, and voluntary testing are also welcome.

Ⅲ. Competition Stages

Preliminary Round (Online Review): Submit an 8–10 minute original MP4 lecture video, along with the original PPT, lesson plan, and registration form.

Technical Specs: Resolution ≥1280×720; file size ≤500MB.

Requirements: Presenter must be visible on camera; subtitles are recommended. Strictly no identifying information (school, personal, or instructor details) in videos or slides.

Top 30 candidates will advance to the semi-finals based on expert review; shortlisted names will be publicly announced.

Semi-Final (Mid-October, On-site): Shortlisted participants will attend mandatory offline training followed by live teaching assessments. The top 10 will advance to the finals.

Finals (On-site): The top 10 will compete for First, Second, and Third Prizes. Specific arrangements for the semi-finals and finals will be announced separately.

Ⅳ. Submission Guidelines

Deadline: Complete online registration via QR code by September 10, 2026.

Anonymity: All materials must be anonymized. Registration forms without an official stamp will be considered invalid.

Originality & Conduct: All content must be original. Plagiarism will result in significant point deductions; leaking identifying information will lead to immediate disqualification. Participants are solely responsible for any vulgar, illegal, or non-compliant content.

Rights & Obligations: The organizer retains the right to use submitted videos and slides for non-commercial publicity. Award winners are required to support provincial HIV/AIDS science popularization efforts for one year post-competition.

Expenses: Training, judging, and venue costs are covered by the organizer. Students' round-trip travel expenses will be reimbursed by our university in accordance with regulations.
