To ensure the successful holding of the Opening Convocation Ceremony 2025, the university will conduct stage construction and rehearsals in the lobby on the first floor of Academic Building 5. Below are the relevant arrangements. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation:

I. Construction Period

From September 6, 2025, to September 11, 2025.

II. Impact of Construction

During the stage setup and rehearsals, noise may be generated, and pedestrian access might be affected. We will implement noise-reduction measures and provide guidance for alternate routes to minimize disruptions to your study and rest.

III. Safety Precautions

The construction area will be clearly marked. Please proceed with caution, avoid approaching the site, and refrain from entering restricted zones to ensure safety.
