任何让你反复思考、情绪波动或影响日常生活的议题，都可以成为对话的起点。你能够与咨询师探讨包括心理适应、学习压力、人际关系、亲密关系、情绪调节、自我成长等议题。同时，你可以放心的是，咨询室内的对话皆会遵循保密原则。
服务对象：香港城市大学（东莞）全体在校学生（含港澳台与国际学生）
服务时间：周一到周日
咨询地点：学生宿舍四座（12C）1楼心理成长中心

Dear Students,
The Growth and Counseling Centre (GCC) at City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) offers student counselling services in the new semester. Appointments are always free and open to all.
Any topic can be a starting point for our conversation. You are welcome to explore issues such as psychological adjustment, academic stress, interpersonal relationships, intimate relationships, emotion, and personal growth. It's no worry that everything discussed within the counseling settings will be kept strictly confidential.
Service users: all enrolled students of CityU(DG) (including students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and international students)
Service hour: from Monday to Sunday
Location: Counseling room, Growth and Counseling Centre (GCC), 1st Floor, Student Residence Hall 4 (12C)

3. We will offer a series of group-counseling at different points throughout the academic year. Topics include freshman adjustment, cultural adaptation, interpersonal growth, intimate relationships, career development, sleep hygiene, emotion management, family relationships, and self-worth exploration.
