1. 24-Hour Campus Property Service Hotline

Service Scope: Handling all kinds of emergency maintenance, emergency response, and consulting services on campus.

 

2. Property Micro-Service Platform (Online Channel)

Platform Name: "CityUHK DG Property Micro-Service" WeChat Official Account

Platform Functions: Handling maintenance (such as water, electricity, air conditioning, elevators, water supply and drainage, IT networks, etc.), opinions and suggestions (safety, environment, reception, etc.), dormitory electricity bill recharge, and complaint handling.

 

3. 24-Hour Service Station

Station Name: Property Service Station

Location: West Hall on the First Floor of Student Dormitory Building 2 (12A) (the glass door room on the far left of ICBC)

Service Contents: Providing face-to-face comprehensive consulting services, telephone consultation, lost and found, material borrowing (sports equipment such as billiards, basketballs, and table tennis, board games, trolleys, first-aid kits (such as iodophor, cotton swabs, disinfectant alcohol, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, gauze, and Yunnan Baiyao, etc.) and other convenient services.
