Dear All,

To further improve the overall service quality of the campus clinic and effectively ensure the medical care of all faculty, staff and students, the campus clinic will provide 24-hour round-the-clock medical services starting from January 19, 2026. Relevant arrangements are specified as follows:

1. Service Hours

In-person consultation hours: 8:00–13:00 and 14:00–22:00 daily

Emergency service hours: Available 24 hours a day at the duty room

2. Medical Service Fees

Registration and consultation fees: Free.

Medication fees: Commonly-used medicines are uniformly procured by the health management company. Faculty, staff and students may purchase such medicines on a voluntary basis, and the prices will be posted and publicized at the clinic.

3. Service Scope

The clinic provides medical services including wound dressing, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses (e.g., diarrhea, colds), and emergency first-aid care.

Please note that due to the ongoing application process for the medical institution operation license of the university, the clinic is temporarily unable to prescribe prescription drugs.

Should any faculty member or student have comments or suggestions regarding the clinic’s services, please feel free to contact the Safety/Health/Environment Office in a timely manner.
