Established in 2006, The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel (HKRITA) is funded by the Innovation and Technology Commission of the HKSAR government, and hosted by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
HKRITA has achieved research deliverables over the years around our research clusters targeting in industry 4.0, sustainability, and social benefits through our centre-owned research teams and laboratories as well as collaborations with industry partners and institutions.
职位描述 Job Description
The appointee(s) will be required to:
•assign one of the below technology areas according to their academic background and interest,
1.Chemical Engineering – Sustainability, green materials & process
2.System Engineering – Reindustrialization, intelligent manufacturing
3.Performance Textiles – Advanced textile material development and processing
4.Nanotechnology Development – Nanofiber development, materials reverse engineering, materials characterization
•contribute to the team by assisting daily research operations, including R&D work, project’s administrative duties, data and presentation material preparation, etc.; and
•perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
入职要求 Requirement
• Undergraduate or postgraduates students in STEM disciplines;
• With academic background in Textile Technology/Engineering or Chemistry would be an advantage;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• High proficiency in multi-media presentation and MS Office applications;
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
